1. Ordering Policy

Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We will inform you if any items are unavailable.
Confirmation of Order: Upon placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details and estimated dispatch time.
Payment Methods:

  • For orders within Egypt, you can choose to pay by Cash on Delivery or via Credit Card on our website.

  • For international orders, payment must be made by Credit Card or PayPal before processing your order.
    Order Changes: If you need to correct an error in your order, please reach out to us via our Instagram or Facebook pages, or email us at support@daigosports.com within 24 hours of your order.

2. Shipping Policy

Daigo Sports partners with J&T Express to guarantee fast, reliable delivery to your specified address.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Surcharge

  • Order subtotal ≤ 500 EGP: flat 5 EGP

  • Order subtotal > 500 EGP: 1% of order value

All shipping and COD fees appear at checkout. For locations not listed above, please contact support@daigosports.com for a custom quote.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

At Daigo, we value your satisfaction. If you need to refund or exchange a product, please review the following guidelines:

  • Refund Window: You may initiate a refund within 7 days of receiving your product for a full refund.

  • Exchange Period: You may exchange your item for a different size or color within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It should be in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Clothing items must not have been washed.

How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange:
Email us at support@daigosports.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping and Handling Costs:
Customers are responsible for refund shipping costs. The original shipping fee is nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product after confirming the return.

4. Warranty Policy

Daigo stands behind the quality of our products with the following warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use. If a product is misused or used outside of its intended purpose, the warranty is void.
Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at support@daigosports.com with your order number and details of the issue.

يرجى قراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام بعناية قبل تقديم طلب على موقعنا. من خلال الوصول إلى هذا الموقع أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه السياسات. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام هذا الموقع.

1. سياسة الطلب

التوافر: جميع الطلبات خاضعة لتوافر المنتج. سنخطرك إذا كانت هناك أي عناصر غير متوفرة.
تأكيد الطلب: بعد تقديم طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على تفاصيل الطلب ووقت الشحن المتوقع.
طرق الدفع:

  • للطلبات داخل مصر: يمكنك الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام أو عن طريق البطاقة الائتمانية على موقعنا.

  • للطلبات من خارج مصر: يجب الدفع مقدمًا باستخدام بطاقة ائتمان أو باي بال قبل معالجة الطلب.
    تعديل الطلب: إذا كنت بحاجة إلى تصحيح أي خطأ في طلبك، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر إنستجرام أو فيسبوك أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني support@daigosports.com خلال 24 ساعة من تقديم الطلب.

تتعاون دايغو سبورتس مع شركة J&T إكسبريس لضمان توصيل سريع وموثوق إلى عنوانك المحدد.

رسوم الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)

  • إذا كان إجمالي قيمة الطلب ≤ 500 جنيه: رسوم ثابتة قدرها 5 جنيه

  • إذا كان إجمالي قيمة الطلب > 500 جنيه: 1% من قيمة الطلب

جميع رسوم الشحن وخدمة الدفع عند الاستلام تظهر أثناء إنهاء الطلب.

3. سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

في دايجو، رضاك هو أولويتنا. إذا كنت بحاجة إلى إرجاع أو استبدال منتج، يُرجى مراجعة السياسة التالية:

  • فترة الإرجاع: يمكنك طلب استرجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج لاسترداد كامل للمبلغ.

  • فترة الاستبدال: يمكنك طلب استبدال المقاس أو اللون خلال 7 أيام من التسليم.

شروط الإرجاع/الاستبدال:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها.

  • يجب أن يكون في عبوته الأصلية وجميع التاجات موجودة.

  • يجب ألا تكون الملابس مغسولة أو مستخدمة.

طريقة البدء بالطلب:
أرسل لنا بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى support@daigosports.com مع رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

مصاريف الشحن:
يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع. تكلفة الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم يكن الخطأ من طرفنا.

مدة المعالجة:
يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 14 يوم عمل من استلام المنتج. أما في حالة الاستبدال، سيتم شحن المنتج البديل بعد تأكيد الاستلام.

4. سياسة الضمان

نحن في دايجو نضمن جودة منتجاتنا بسياسة ضمان واضحة:

تغطية الضمان: يشمل الضمان العيوب في المواد أو التصنيع لمدة 30 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
الاستثناءات: لا يشمل الضمان أي ضرر ناتج عن الاستعمال اليومي أو الاستخدام الخاطئ أو غير المخصص.
خطوات المطالبة: لبدء المطالبة، راسلنا على البريد الإلكتروني support@daigosports.com مع رقم الطلب وتفاصيل المشكلة.
